KEDELAI MILK

Vanessa is having sore throat so she should rest today and as a result I stay at home too. Time to go crazy in the kitchen. For lunch I made fish ball soup for Vanessa and Spaghetti extra pedas for me. I made Tandoori for dinner and bake a second trial of cinnamon rolls. As I still had some energy, I closed the day by making my own susu kedelai…it’s so fresh that I believe it’s going to make us really really healthy.
Susu kedelai ala Ivo
1 cup soy bean, wash and soak in clean water for 4 hours
3 cups of water
sugar
In a blender, add soy beans and water and process until all smooth.
Mine has a filter to separate the juice, otherwise sieve the milk using a strainer or fine cloth.
On a small pot boil the soy milk, add sugar if you like. Serve hot.
